Jim Bradford

Jim Bradford

Jim Bradford will speak during plenary session four. Bradford has served as pastor of Central Assembly of God in Springfield, Missouri, since 2003. Prior to 2003, Bradford served as senior pastor of churches in Orange County, California and Vancouver, British Columbia. He also holds a Ph.D. in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Minnesota.

H. Franklin Cargill

H. Franklin Cargill currently serves as superintendent of the Oklahoma District of the Assemblies of God. Prior to taking this position, he served as assistant superintendent. Cargill pastored Capitol Hill Assembly of God in Oklahoma City, and has also ministered throughout Africa and Europe. Since 1983, he has served as a General Presbyter to the Assemblies of God. A member of the Board of Regents for Southwestern Assemblies of God University in Waxahachie, Texas, for 23 years, Cargill is also the corporate secretary of the university. Cargill earned his bachelor’s degree in music education from Oklahoma State University and a master’s degree in education from the University of Central Oklahoma.

Owen Carr

Owen Carr has served in the ministry for more than 60 years and is currently pioneering Grace Assembly of God in Springfield, Missouri. Carr has traveled throughout America and across many foreign countries communicating his burden for urban areas. During his tenure as pastor of The Stone Church Assembly of God in Chicago, Illinois, he started the then largest Christian television station in America. Carr left that pastorate to become the president of Valley Forge Christian College in Phoenixville, Pennsylvania, from 1979-1982. Carr has served as assistant superintendent of the Illinois District, a member of the General Presbytery, and director of the National Youth Department. He has authored two books: The Battle is the Lord’s and Faith in Focus.

Jim Cymbala

Jim Cymbala

Jim Cymbala will speak at plenary sessions one, two and three. Cymbala has served as senior pastor of Brooklyn Tabernacle in New York since 1971. The church is known for its Grammy-award winning Brooklyn Tabernacle Choir and Tuesday night prayer services where nearly 2,000 attend weekly. Cymbala is author of several best-selling books including Fresh Wind, Fresh Fire, Fresh Power and Breakthrough Prayer.

Beth Grant

Beth Grant has served, with her husband David, as an Assemblies of God missionary to Eurasia for 30 years. Grant serves as faculty and guest lecturer in missions in Bible colleges in India, Asia, Africa, Europe and the United States. She provides leadership to Project Rescue, a ministry to victims of forced prostitution. Grant is a frequent guest speaker at women’s retreats and coordinates the Assemblies of God Women in Ministry Network national conferences. Grant is also a member of the board of directors of both the Assemblies of God Theological Seminary in Springfield, Missouri, and Zion Bible Institute in Providence, Rhode Island.

Randy Hurst

Randy Hurst is commissioner of evangelism for the Assemblies of God and director of communications for Assemblies of God World Missions. He has been a pastor, college teacher, missionary, and author and has ministered throughout the United States and in more than 50 countries of the world. The son of missionary parents and a long-term missionary himself, Hurst’s ministry focuses on reaching the unreached and communicating the responsibility of all believers to share the message of Jesus Christ.


John Lindell

John Lindell

John Lindell will speak during plenary session five. Lindell has served as senior pastor of James River Assembly of God in Ozark, Missouri, since 1991. Several years ago, the church made its Wednesday night service a prayer rally, which now draws over 1,000 weekly. Prior to coming to James River Assembly, Lindell pastored churches in Kansas and Missouri.

Larry Moore

Elected to the office of District Superintendent in 2005, Larry Moore oversees nearly 1,000 ministers and 424 churches in Arkansas. He previously served as pastor at First Assembly of God, Russellville, Arkansas, and First Assembly of God, Malvern, Arkansas, as well as having ministry positions in both Arkansas and Florida. He has a heart for ministers, and churches. His ministry stresses prayer, growth, health, and service to the Kingdom.

Dennis Rivera

Dennis Rivera is the district superintendent of the Central Latin American District of the Assemblies of God. Prior to taking this position in 2001, Rivera served as the senior pastor of Evangel Assembly of God in Cortez, Colorado and El Sendero de La Cruz Assembly of God in Pocatello, Idaho. Shortly after graduation from Latin American Bible Institute, El Paso, Texas, Rivera became an ordained minister with the Assemblies of God in 1985. Later, he received his bachelor’s degree in Pastoral Ministries from Southwest Assemblies of God University, Waxahachie, Texas.

Thomas E. Trask

Thomas E. Trask will lead the corporate prayer time on Tuesday. Elected to the office of general superintendent for the Assemblies of God in 1993, Trask has served in ministry for more than 50 years, placing a strong emphasis on prayer, missions and church planting.
