General Council is an excellent opportunity for exhibitors to showcase their products and talk to church leaders and key decision makers. The 53rd General Council of the Assemblies of God will be held in Orlando, Florida, from August 3-7, 2009, with exhibits open Tuesday, August 4th - Friday, August 7th. More than 30,000 delegates and visitors are expected to attend.

If you would like to join us in Orlando and feel your organization would benefit by exhibiting with us please register as soon as possible as space is reserved on a first come, first served basis. Any of the documents to the right can be downloaded for your reference, but the registration process can be completed entirely online by clicking the Register Now icon. If you are a first-time exhibitor, please read the Exhibitor Reference Form for additional information.

Once the registration process is complete, the General Council Executive Leadership Team (ELT) will review the application making sure eligibility requirements have been met. Upon approval from the ELT we will confirm your booth space location by email. At that time, you will also receive housing and decorator information.

If you are an approved exhibitor, please click the Excel Decorator link in the right hand column to request your furnishings and utilities. · Cancellation Requests (in writing) – Due June 30, 2009
· Business References (if applicable) – Due June 30, 2009
· Proof of Music Authorization, and Certificate of Insurance – Due July 10, 2009
