Women’s Luncheon
Around 650 women of the General Council enjoyed lunch together at the Rosen Centre, Grand Ballroom, Wednesday while listening to the music of Willie Neives, known as the Trumpet Worshiper, and well-known vocalist Janet Paschal, pictured above. Along with her performance, Paschal led the group in several a cappella worship choruses. Fine Arts participant Kacilyn Starling shared a short sermon. Arlene Allen, national women’s director, designated an offering for the Scholarships for International Students fund, and author Kerry Clarensau shared about Secrets: Transforming Your Life and Marriage.
