Bible Challenge Champs
National Bible Quiz Coordinator Bernie Elliot (center) stands with Bible Challenge champion Ricky Toeller (right), 18, of Racine, Wisconsin, and runner-up Ben Miller, 17, of Waynesburg, Pennsylvania. Toeller won the Bible Challenge for the second consecutive year on Wednesday at the Rozen Plaza. He will receive a $1,000 college scholarship.
