Registration badges will be required for admittance into all General Council facilities, including the evening services, exhibit hall and Fine Arts presentation rooms. Youth and non-voting General Council attendees will be able to register for $10 each at the General Council Registration area. Free visitor badges will not be available - to attend, individuals must register. The requirement of badges will aid in enabling attendees in accessing General Council events and provide a measure of increased security.

You can pre-register now and save dollars off the on-site registration rate. All forms postmarked by July 10, 2009, will be accepted and processed at the pre-registration rate. Please make checks payable to The General Council of the Assemblies of God. Full payment for registration and Special Functions must accompany the registration form. (PLEASE DO NOT SEND ANY FEES OTHER THAN GENERAL COUNCIL REGISTRATION AND/OR SPECIAL FUNCTION TICKET MONEYS WITH THIS REGISTRATION FORM.)
Please register only one person per form. You may make copies of this form as needed. If you are attending as an official voting delegate, be sure to have the DELEGATE CERTIFICATION portion on the registration form completely filled out as well. (Reminder: Each General Council-affiliated church is allowed only one appointed delegate to vote at Council.)
Once your registration has been processed, you will receive confirmation via mail or email if an address is provided. Please review your confirmation information as soon as you receive it to make sure it is correct. If you need to make a change, please forward the email confirmation to registration@ag.org with an explanation of the needed change(s) or photocopy your letter and mail the original, with noted changes, back to us. You will receive your registration packet(s) upon arrival in Orlando.
TELEPHONE: Registrations will not be accepted by phone.
Refunds
Refund requests must be submitted in writing. Submit a detailed outline of the refund request, including registrant's name and events. There will be a $10 per person charge for all refunds. No telephone requests will be accepted.

No refunds will be processed on-site. Refund requests must be postmarked by July 31, 2009!
National Fine Arts Festival does not provide refunds for participant cancellations. Overpayment refunds are given but may be processed post-Festival and require a non-refundable processing fee of $20. Overpayment refund requests must be submitted in writing via e-mail (faf@ag.org) no later than November 15, 2009.
