Women in Ministry - August 2004 Issue
Spiritual Gifts
The New Testament teaches that believers are given spiritual gifts by the Holy Spirit. The primary purpose of the charismata, or special gifts of grace, is to build up the body of Christ and bring it to maturity. It is our prayer that these materials will prompt a renewed interest in spiritual gifts, and that they will provide practical instruction for women in ministry to assist believers in experiencing all God has for them.
