Giving and Receiving the Gift of Mentoring

No one is meant to stand alone. Mentoring — speaking into another's life — is one of the beautiful ways we can stand together. Through mentoring, God grows the women He calls to be mature and successful in ministry. Sharing life together through trust, love, and guidance helps bring balance and a sense of belonging. The Spirit utilizes our life experiences to grow us as individual ministers, but the full growth of the lessons learned is realized when seeds of maturity are planted in the life of another.
